about

This song is a tribute to the old Mars Bar in NYC. It was the place where alcoholics went to die and it was beyond rough but people loved and miss it so much I had to keep it going in a song. It is now closed and a bank machine stands in its place. It is dedicated to Pebbles Russel.

lyrics

Do you love me
Do you love me

One day I'll be dead in a little black coffin so
I wanna get dirty baby I wanna hurt
Just got back from New Orleans
Living in New York City
New York City ain't wild enough for me

Mars Mars Fly me to Mars whoooooo Mars
Fly me to the Mars Bar Baby
Don't say maybe

Do you want me
Do you want me

I'm a major nuisance
A minor alcoholic
I lie and cheat and steal
I'd do anything for a thrill
My heart is full of music
My brain is one big poem
I can't wait to get my hands all over you

Mars Mars Fly me to Mars whoooooo Mars
Fly me to the Mars Bar Baby
Don't say maybe
Don't say anything

Do you love me
Do you want me
Do you need me
Do you love me

Mars Mars Fly me to Mars whoooooo Mars
Fly me to the Mars Bar Baby
Don't say maybe
Don't say anything at all
